I have lived here for 4 years and I live independently I enjoy all the things that are offered and the people and the staff. I enjoy doing all the activities that are offered and would recommend this place to anyone if you need extra help or live independently
What challenging times. We moved our parents during the middle of the pandemic and although we had struggles, as my dad's health declined rapidly, continued care by staff was a gift. My father has now passed and my mother is finally enjoying activities and loving her new friends. Caring staff and a commitment to their residents.
Millcity is a clean and beautiful place. Staff are very helpful. Lots of things to do to keep you busy. The food, most of the time is very good To me it's like a home away from home.
Our dad has been a resident in Mill City for almost two years now, and we’re sure glad he chose such a wonderful spot! We’ve found the Mill City staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, and quite competent in their day-to-day interactions with Dad and the other residents. The pandemic has, of course, covered much of the time period Dad has been at Mill City, and we’re quite pleased with the care, compassion, and communication provided through these difficult times. My mom moved to Mill City two years ago after the senior place she was living at in Owatonna was remodeling and she had to move out. We couldn't find anything that suited her in Owatonna. I suggested that we look at Mill City in Faribault. We toured the place and looked at a room. She fell in love with the place and how friendly the staff was to us. She filled out the paper work that day and moved in later that month. She has enjoyed the activities and has made many good friends there. She doesn't plan on moving again. The staff is very helpful and they have been very aware of keeping the residences safe during the COVID epidemic. I would highly recommend looking at Mill City for senior living. Pat King
Our mother moved to Mill City independent living 14 months ago and couldn't be happier! The entire staff is friendly and caring to all the residents, knowing them, as well as family members by name.There are numerous amenities and activities available as well as surprise visits and treats for any number of reasons.I have to commend the entire staff for their caring and vigilence througout this Covid year in ensuring our mothers safety and well being.We couldn't be happier in having our mother in Mill City Senior Living.
During these difficult times of COVID-19, the staff at Mill City have kept the residents safe and they have done this is a kind and compassionate way. They go the extra mile to help make it comfortable for residents and kept services going so that residents have safe socialization options.The staff have been great with my mother and have worked hard to keep our family connected.
